Training Rules

  1. Curfew 12:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on nights before games.  This is a guideline.  It is important to get a lot of rest to be able to perform at peak ability.
  2. Eat right.  No pop on game days.  Drink plenty of fluids.
  3. There will be periodic checks on your grades throughout the year.  Remember we are students first and athletes second.  School work is very important
  4. You will have a stocking hat on your head before you are allowed to leave gym after practices and games.  Also take with you to all games.
  5. No drugs or alcohol of any kind.  Consequences will follow school guidelines.
