- Curfew 12:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on
nights before games. This is a guideline. It is important
to get a lot of rest to be able to perform at peak ability.
- Eat right. No pop on game
days. Drink plenty of fluids.
- There will be periodic checks on your
grades throughout the year. Remember we are students first and
athletes second. School work is very important
- You will have a stocking hat on your
head before you are allowed to leave gym after practices and
games. Also take with you to all games.
- No drugs or alcohol of any
kind. Consequences will follow school guidelines.
